MD2 is well integrated with MBDF. Processed data flows smoothly from MBDF to MD2 through single sign on based authentication. This will ensure that users could traverse from MBDF to MD2 for data-browsing and visualization. MD2 can additionally be deployed as a stand alone tool wherein-which data can be directly uploaded or pointed at via MD2 UI and analysed directly. Processes such as aggregation, filtering, roll ups, slicing and dicing, e.t.c., can be done directly via MD2 browser interface.

Streaming data from IoT devices can also be captured directly in MD2 via MQTT,ZMQ and OR Kafka which are the message queues supported by the tool.
